Incapable of hit EMI in my account by any mode ECS or PDC

I have taken loan from Bajaj Auto finance limited in dec. 2009 (Loan Ac NO. Loan A/c No. L2DEL00280615, / Vehicle No. DL3SBL9279) and set repayment mode as ECS in 17 EMIs. but they were note able to hit even a single EMI in my savings account in ICICI Bank, till Aptil they kept saying that ECS Mandate was not updated in my account with ICICI bank that is why they were not able to debit EMIs in my account. But the fact is that the ECS was already active in my savings account which my bank has confirmed in writing and Bajaj team was failed due to some unexplained reason.

Now after so much of follow-up with Bajaj Auto Finance Limited, they agreed to change the mode of payment from ECS to PDC. and settle pending EMIs which they could not receive through ECS shall be paid during 15.04.2010 to 15.05.2011 as per my convenience in a flexible intervals. I have now given the 13 PDCs starting from 15th April. But till the date they are not able to present the cheque in my account for EMI of April month and they are not able to tell the reason. There collection team/agent is regularly making my life miserable by calling me and ask for pending EMIs, they use abusive language also.

At this stage i am totally helpless & not in a situatin to pay all pending EMIs cumulatively.

I need the loan to be re-scheduled or this should be closed without asking me for any interest and foreclosure charges.
