Bajaj pulsar 135 ls silencer problem

I have purchased Bajaj Pulsar 135 ls in the month of march. Till the time, the studs at the head for silencer have been broken for 4-5 times in the last 4 months. Bajaj service center says that this kind of issue does not get covered in the warranty.

Kindly provide assistance in getting this thing to be covered as in warranty or to whom do I need to approach for such problems to get notified.
