We are facing problems with Balaji cars based in Kalyan from last few months... After mailing them still the thing remains un-resolved. Kindly go through the mail i am attaching below to understand the matter.

Here I am again within a month time in regards to same issue as per the last time.

After the last complaint the person named Munnaf attended to the car by picking it up from our residence at Badlapur and taking it to the service center at Kalyan. When we were called to pick up the car after the completion of work we found there was a dent on the back end on the car and we immediately notified the concern person there. He assured that once he speaks with Mr Munnaf and get the things done on behalf of the company. They even took photos of the dent. After all this the issue was dragged till a week and then we were told it will be taken care of.

Mr Shailesh took the car for repairs on 30/5 which included the repair of the dent. I was told it will take 4-5 days. When i called them on 02/06 as I was never even informed about the progress on the work they tell me that they wont cover the dent as its not done by them.

Henceforth I am refusing to take the delivery of the vehicle from the service center till this matter is resolved and I am also wishing to take this matter to the consumer court if needed.

This is now an ongoing issues with Balaji, it all started with Aria and still ongoing with Tata Venture. Now I really think Is this how you address to a customer when it is entirely your fault...? Was it our fault to take the delivery in the first place...?

Hello,

We bought a Tata venture in March through Balaji motors at Kalyan, we were said to receive the Service book on the vehicles first servicing. The vehicle has completed the 1200kms and had been sent for the first service on 4/05 at Balaji motors Kalyan but still we have not received the service book. On top of it the vehicle was not serviced at all was handed over in the same way as we left it at the service center. On 05/05 we started having trouble with the car so we called the 24 * 7 assistance; to my shock they say if they assist us our warranty would be void. What type of service is this...

In the past we had the same problem with Balaji Motors in regards to Tata Aria and now again with this coming up we are really thinking about advising anbody to go with Tata or Balaji motors.

Kindly see into this matter urgently.
