EMERGENCY COMPLAINT REGARDING GAS LEAKAGE TAKE IN SIMPLER WAY

Hello,

we are the customer of balaji gas agency (INDANE GAS AGENCY). consumer no: 801. on sunday 23rd october while using a new gas cylinder we found leakage of gas. since we dont have any additional gas we suffered bad and also we tried to contact and find whether there is any emergency help line for this using the agency contact number. But it is not in use.

During emergency time also this kind of issue was unable to solve. On monday I took the cylinder to the agency and registered a complaint and they informed that a technicial will be coming as soon as possible only to the home, so i took the cylinder and went back to my home.

Till now no technicial came for assistance. After a struggle we got a local person and rectified ourself.

I dont know why these kind of issues are not at all taken in a serious and very important way and why there is no emergency service for these kind of dangerous issue???

Whether any one is there to take necessary action against this.

How an agency is working with out full fulling this kind of issue. This is the worst and lethargic preformance of an agency.

Awaiting a necessary action to save life.
