Beware of Balaji Packers and Movers Navi Mumbai:
I and my families have gone through a horrible experience with Balaji Packers & Movers. I had booked my Household goods and car from Mumbai to Kolkata through Balaji Packers & Movers – Kharghar Navi Mumbai on 6th and 7th March and the contact person was Branch manager Roshan B Rajlywal. My consignment no was 661. The total transportation was 39000/- which was including loading and unloading from Door to Door. First of all after loading our goods they kept the goods in their warehouse for almost 3 days. And after continues conversation and arguments they started the transportation towards Kolkata. It took 18 days to reach the destination. However, due to the negligence of the transporter my materials which includes all furniture, electronic goods, house hold appliances (fridge, Book rack, Almira) have been badly damaged beyond repair during transit. They have theft my new Microwave oven (Samsung with convection facility) and one scale changer Harmonium (musical instrument). Due to the transporters negligence my materials approximated Rs. 25, 000/- have lost and Rs. 25, 000/- have damaged. I have complained the same to the transporter but they are not replying and yet not compensated my claim. Balaji Packers & Movers Khargar – Navi Mumbai are the Biggest transport thief who just lure good Customers by giving false promises. Nobody should fall in their trap anymore. They should all be imprisoned.
