Non receipt of user Id

One month ago we have applied for net banking. On enquiry from bank it is gathered that our passward is lying with the bank branch but till date im did not receive my user id. In absence of my user id we are not in a position to operate our bank a/c. Pl see that we may get the same as early as posssible.
