IRREGULARITY OF DELIVERY

I booked an LPG cylinder on 02.03.2010 by telephone to BARMAN FLAMES, 37 Madan Mohan Tala Street, Kolkata -700005, West Bengal. Till today (13.03.2010) they have not supplied the one as because their delivery man is in leave. They done the same thing in the previous month.
