Unavailability of irctc service

This is R B Tokas working in BARC Mumbai. Since last three days i have been trying to open the web page of IRCTC but it is always displaying "service not available". This massage is always displayed irrespective of time of opening website or computer (any computer). My friends are also complaining the same problem. I am not able to understand the way this public website is being made to behave. If it is because of maintenance of website, i am dead sure no such an important website can take such a huge time for maintenance. I am very much sure it is being done deliberately. Railway are such a big department and have so many employees but they are never able to to serve citizens satisfactorily. This is not my problem but of all. This is a clear smell of non sincerity. I would be highly thankful if something can be done to resolve this issue. Thanks
