Gas Cylinder not supplied

Dear Sir / Madam

I had booked a cylinder on 06.01.2011 with M/s. Bhagyam Gas Agencies, Kodambakkam, Chennai. My consumer number is 49325. My reg no.2636 dt.06.01.2011 at the time of booking, they committed date on 24.01.2011 for supply of gas cylinder. Till date (ie on 28.01. the same is not delivered to us. When I went to the agency to enquire about it, the staff had used filthy language against me. I request you to please look in to the issue.
