Delay in Gas Delivery

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a user of Bharat Gas (Consumer ID: 15645) for domestic LPG. I have booked the cylinder on 20-02. After booking of 17 days i have not received the cylinder. i am travelling their office frequently but they always the makes a false commitment.

Finally i decide to register a complaint here.
