Delay in lpg gas

Respected sir, i (sk.shahulhameed) the customer of Bharat gas no.0012967 in AndhraPradesh of Banaganapally, Kurnool Dt. Here iam booked my LPG Cyl. in 17th of september atM/s. BALAJI GAS ENTERPRISES, Banaganapally, upto now iam not get refiied cylinder for my domestic use. Agency is postponing every time while delivery of cylinder due to this iam facing every time problem. they were Selling the cyl. in biock so that customers getting problem. please take necessary action to prevent this
