Gas booked with single cylinder as the Distributor is reluctant to give double cylinder connection

I have booked the gas in Bharat Gas consumer No. 23362 to Basaweshara Bharat Gas Agency, Yelahanka Old Town, Bangalore -64 on 25.08. the booking no. being 12077350 but till today have not received the gas cylinder. Every time I or my wife rings up to the agency they reply that it will be delivered tomorrow. It has become a story book name If Tomorrow Comes.
