I am the Bharat Gas Consumer with No.27859 with M/s Desai & Company, of Hubli (Karnataka). I have booked for refilling on 21-12 and till today there is no supply. The last supply was on 1-12. They tell to book 20 days after the delivery and accordingly I booked on 21-12 and they said there is waiting period of 20 days. As per their say, even if full waiting period of 20 days is taken, the delivery is due on 9-1. Now they say that it may take another 8-10 days, i.e. beyond 20 days waiting period. This is not the first occasion. Since 4-5 months the situation is like this. Do you have any mechanism to inspect the working of gas dealers to verify booking, stocking, supply. If it is their please act immediately and prevent mis-use of domestic gas for commercial purposes for black-marketing which I very much suspect.
