Delay in Delivery of Gas regularly

Dear sir,

I, Bela Devi consumer of Bharat LPG bearing cons. No. 1126 of Prem Gas Agency, Katihar, Bihar. I always get the delivery of refil gas after passing one month. Dealer told me that I Can Book It After 21 Days . but my one refilled gas has been always consumed within one month So I Want To Know That what is The Rule for booking and getting the refil gas
