Late delivery of sylinde

My Consumer No. is 5764 with Jay Jyoti Gas Agency, Vejalpur, Ahmedabad.

I booked the LPG sylinder on 08.01.2010. Thereafter I was trying to remind them to deliver the sylinder but they are deliberately not picking up the phones. After constant dialing, whenever the phone was picked up they were used to cut the phone. Hence I decided to visit the agency personally on 20.01.2010. However, there was no exact address available on the earlier delivery slip. With grat difficulty, I could found the loaction. As usual, the boys were sitting idle by picking up the phone receiver and upon my entry in the shop they were trying to show that they on line with customers. I lodged an oral complaint about this and left the premises upon giving confirmation that sylinder was booked on 08.01.2010 but could not be delivered as Bill was lost. Mr. Nitendu Joshi, Asst. Manager of the Agency then assured to deliver the same on same day and then it was delivered after 4 hours.
