I am a Bharat gas consumer attached to M.P. Gas Agency (code-621848), Thachottukavu Trivandrum. The agency is purposefully delaying refilled cylinder delivery even after two weeks of booking date. My house is just 400 meters from the agency office but the delivery nman demands 50/-Rupees for delivery in addition to the price of cylinder. The agency officials supporting them by not listening to our complaints. Ater booking the cylinder, we have to call the delivery person of our area and beg him to bring the cylinder in time. What he does is he will deliver it to those who PAY HIM MORE. This is no way acceptable as he is not satisfied with any bribe less than 50/- rupees. After the recent hike of 35/-rs per cylinder, we cant afford another 50/- rupees on cooking gas.this has been brought to the notice of agency officials but no action has been taken except further delay in delivery. I dont know whom to contact - Bharath Petrolium officials or anyone else.
