I am a resident of kalva have my gas distributor as bharat gas. i had ordered a gas cylinder 20days ago i did not receive the gas from them i stay with my sister and there is no one else at my house we both work from morning till evening and that is a reason we are not able to get the delivery on time inspite of instructing the distribution center to send the gas after 5pm we do not receive the gas cylinder. The delivery man named -Shivaji dongre claims that he has delivered the gas to us 20days ago when asked to prove that has no reply for it. Please look in the matter and take necessary action.
