NON DELIVERY OF GAS CYLINDER

I had booked my cylinder on 1-09 in MUKTA GAS SERVICES, MALAD (E) of BHARAT GAS but i haven't got the delivery of cylinder till today i.e.11-09. When i had called the gas agency they haven't given me a proper response and when i called to the delivery boy he told me that i am coming in 10 min. but he haven't come till now. So please take a proper action aginst gas agency.
