Dealay in LPG refilling

I had Booked for the refilling of LPG cylinder consumer no. SG-16141 in the name of Pravin Katkar at Shriram Gas, Wadgaon Bk, Sinhagad Rd, Pune on dt. 14/12 but till today on 27/12 have not recieved the cylinder yet. During booking distributor promises delivery within 8-10 days but everytime I am receiving it within 15-20 days. Also they are not allowing us to book next refilling before 15 days of earlier delivery which will add fixed delay of 15 Days. Kindly do the needful to streamline this process.
