THE BHARAT GAS CLAIMS TO DELIVER THE GAS-CYLINDER TO ITS CONSUMER WITHIN 24 HOURS OF BOOKING.

MY CONSUMER NO IS 28342 . AGENCY IS ANITA GAS AGENCY, SAP CODE112269 VIRAR WEST THANE 401303

HERE, WE HAD BOOKED OUR CYLINDER FOR HOME-DELIVERY

ON 21/02 AT ONLINE BOOKING REF.NO.6825036

THE DELIVERY HAS NOT TAKEN PLACE DESPITE OUR DAILY REMINDERS TILL TODAY i.e. 23/02. THEN WHAT IS MEAN BY ONLINE REGISTER SERVICE? ON SITE IT IS POP THAT DELIVER TAKES PLACE WITHIN 24 HOURS. THIS IS SECOND TIME HAPPEN WITH ME. EARLY I COMPLAINT FOR ANITA GAS SERVICE. SINCE LAST 3 DAYS WE ARE TAKEN LUNCH FROM HOTEL. WHO WILL PAY THE LOSS.

PLZ LET US KNOW, HOW CAN WE CONTINUE THE RELATIONSHIP WITH YOU IF WE ARE NOT GETTING PROPERSERVICE FROM YOUR SIDE AND NOT EVEN PROPER REPLY ON PHONES. THE BEHAVIOUR OF YOUR EMPLOYEES WITH US IS WORST.
