Nondelivery of GAS after booking:

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Assistant Professor at Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT DM Jabalpur) residing at Apsara Apartment C 302, South Civil Line.

I am having gas connection (Customer No. 12401, single cylinder) from Bharat Gas Agency near Jackson Hotel Jabalpur (Tel: 0761-2678423). The agency has been a real trouble, every month I have to beg for the GAS cylinder after booking well in advance (several days). In spite of several telephonic reminders expressing acute need, they fail to deliver cylinder in time. Sometimes they refuse home delivery asking me to come in person for getting the cylinder which sounds too awkward. Can’t they arrange someone for delivery after all we pay the delivery charge too!

I have a single cylinder (since 1.5 years), requested for double cylinders but they always say its not possible.

Kindly look into the problem and help me to get out of this trouble ASAP.
