I registered through phone booking for a gas delivery on 9ths. My gas went off on 15. I went to the Bharat pushpam gas. I told them that i have a single cyliender and requested them to send me cyliender as soon as they can. The lady told me that she will send it the next day.
Since then until today i.e 20th i and my mom are without gas and cant cook.
I visited them today again along with my mom and was told that will get it in another 15 min.
I called them 3 times since then and now i am promised that i will get it today.
How can the agency bluff and put us in trouble?
why not just tell us that we are not giving u the gas instead of fake promises. Gas is a basic necessity.
We cant go on vada pav and outside food every day.
