I book a LPG cylinder on 10th January at 10 am. I have a single cylinder and I am a working lady, so went to the Gas Agency on 11th January at 10am as I can’t wait for the home delivery. Then at that moment I was informed that the delivery timings of LPG cylinder is from 1PM to 5 PM. So I came back and wait for the home delivery but today is 13th and till now I didn't get any cylinder. Please explain me how working people will be able to take cylinders. The home delivery people will came at their preferred time and if went ourselves to take the gas then also their preferred time of delivering the cylinder is from 1pm to 5pm. what can I do in this situation?
