Non delivery of gas cylinde

Sir,

i'm sanjay i book my gas Cylinder on 29/04 on my nearest distributer Kitchen Flame. They did not deliver my Gas cylinder for since almost 1 month and when i go to Gas agency they cancel my current booking and they said that ur current booking is beeing cancel they didnot tell me any reason why they cancel my booking and they said that you have to do new booking for cylinder. and when i ask why what's the reason they clearly deny my request. so, now i wanted you to take a fair decision or take a appropriate action against Kitchen Flame Gas agency.
