Late delivery of Gas

Sir,

I have Gas Connection number 26022 with Ashoka Gas Store in Chittaranjan Park, New Delhi 19. I booked gas on Saturday March 27 after number of trys were made. Cylender is not delivered till date. Before booking and during follow up also their phone no. 26276777 & 26277304 were showing not reachable message and after 4 PM though the call was going, the phone was not picked. On 26278100, though ring was going, no body was picking up. My daughter in law has personally visited the store today. They are saying that the cylender will be delivered tomorrow. Incedentally the rate are likely to increasse from tomorrow. This is a way to extract more money from customer. Moreover the customers are also being harraassed by not taking calls.
