Transfer of gas connection

Sir, Presnt time I am live in Sihora (distt.-Jabalpur). Due to this reason I apply transfer our gas connection from mansi gas agency, amar patan (distt.-Satna)(code no.140238) date-02nov.2009. to sihora (M.P.)

but he gave me transfer advice in the space of transfer voucher. i indicate many time, distributor, mansi gas agency, amarpatan, but he ignore my problem.

due to this TA (055) I have not recieve gas connection in Sihora (distt._Jabalpur) before six month.

Please solve this problem.
