Not having sufficient load at dealer end which causes much delay for the supply of gas cylinder for domestic purpose. I booked on 01.02.2010 for the supply of gas cylinder. But till date i.e. 03.03.2010 no supply has been made by the dealer.
The dealer's phone contact numbers are put always user busy. Bywhich action even status can not be ascertained by the consumer. As no kerosine is supplied
for the consumer having two gascylinders the family has to go for open market purchase of kerosine which put heavy financial burden on the consumer. Though he has right to ask the dealer of gascyliner the rude language does not let the consumer even to enquire the position. The delivery men of gas cylinders use rough language without the conscience of consumer service. This has created mental agony. The Dealer Mr. Subbarayalu may kindly be advised to have adequate stock of Bharat Gas Cylinders to ensure quicker supply to the consumers. I hope my endeavour will fetch positive results.
