I AM SHRADHA DEVI AGRAWAL BHARAT GAS CONSUMER NO. 10160.SIR I HAD BOOKED A GAS ON 7/12/10 IN NAYAPALLI OFFICE IN EMERGENCE CE ASE.ON 11/12/10 I HAD PERSONALY WENT TO THE OFFICE AND REQUESTED TO GIVE THE GAS AS THE CURRENT GAS AT THE HOME WAS OVER

THEY WERE VERY KIND ENOUGH TO ACCEPT THAT AND THEY ALSO INSTRUCTED THE AUTO/SUPPERVISOR TO MAKE THE DELAVARY ON 12/12/10 EARLY MORNING .THEY ALSO GAVE HIS TELEPHONE NO.BUT ON 12/12/10 WE CALLE D HIM AND ASKED WHEN HE WAS GIVING THE GAS HE DELAID THE TIME AND AFTER REQUEST HE ASKED FOR BRIVE .WHEN WE REFUSRD IT HE DID NOT GIVE GAS AND WENT AWAY
