Non delivery of lpg even booking one month before

Sir,

I booked my lpg cylinder for refill to the bharat gas agency on 14 jun at jamshedpur but after passing almost 32 days yet i have not been delivered my lpg cylinder. When ever i try to contact them on phone they even donot bother to pick up the call. In jamshedpur there is only one agency of bharat gas. My consumer no. is 5847 and my details are mentioned below.
