This is to inform you that I, Narender Kumar booked an LPG cylinder on 26 August through mobile with reference number 12137988, but after inquiring at Saurabh Gas Agency Rohini, I came to know that the gas cylinder was not booked. Please consider why my booking reference is not prevailing.
