My consumer No.783
With reference to above no myself asked the concern agent to re-issue the gas cylinder vide reference letter dated 13.12.09. For that i got the approved letter from the concern authority to issuing the same on the same day day 13.12.09 for re-issuing. The same letter has been handed over to concern agent also.
But still today the gas agent is telling that we will visit today, tomorrow or within a day or two. After one and half month as of today myself not yet got the gas cylinder.
Kindly help me in this regard to re-issue the cylinder.
