Sir, My complaint is that I have never got my home delivery of LPG. I have to carry the cylinder from the godown to my home. The dealer said that your area is not under my juridiction. My home is just Two and Half kilometer away from the Godown of BP Gas and also at same distance from the office of the dealer.
Please tell me whether there is any jurisdiction of the distributor? And at the same time the distributor is giving home delivery in the next area which is more away from the godown.
