I HAD BOOKED FOR THE REFILLING OF LPG CYLINDER ON 14.12.2010 AT SUNNY GAS SERVICE SHOP NO. 7, DDA MARKET RAJOURI GARDEN NEW DELHI- 110027.AND HIS PH.NOS IS 011- 25971736 AND 011- 25971735.BUT YET TODAY 26.12.2010 THERE IS NOT ANY RESPONSE AND NOBODY READY TALK TO US FROM THE DISTRIBUTOR SIDE.I AM ALSO SURPRISES OF DISTRIBUTOR COMMENTS HE TOLD ME THAT THE CYLINDER HAS BEEN SENT TO YOUR HOME AT SAME DATE . AND HE DOES NOT PROVIDE ME COMPLAINT REGISTER.

KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND WRITE ME NECESSARY INSTRUCTION.
