Non delivery of cylinde

Dear sir,

I had booked the gas cylinder almost 20 days back..The mam asured me to send the same within 2 days. Even after reminding for the same almost every day, we have not got the cylinder yet that is today9/2.Everyday we got the different answers like aaj strike hai..aapka area pata nahi etc..Our serial number is 51525.

I request you to look up into the matter and do the the needful as soon as possible
