My connection No. is 1308. I have booked for Cylinder three weeks before still now they are not supplied the Cylinder. Here after 21 days getting of cylinder only they are accepting the booking. There is any rule like this. Kindly tell us the correct rules. Today we asked the Agencey they told us they will supply the Cylinder after another one week only.(already three weeks over).
