Not Providing services after 13 days of booking

I had booked the gas on 25th March. Wheares providing the gas cylinder with 3-4 days they are saying we will get it after a week or tern days. But after 13 days we still not have the gas cylinder. While calling on there number they are daily saying you will get it within one or 2 day. This is the same response which we are getting from them from last one week.

Please help us for getting my gas cyliner on time.
