Dear i am resident of bissau and i have seen here that bissau gas agency is selling gas cylinder in black because of monopoly. No any other gas agency is there and the owner is having strong political relations thats why he is not worrying about IOC officers. Here in bissau lot of places from where we can get cylinder in black at high prices but not provided to customers regularly. Please do some thing to stop such malpratice in agency. sudden inspection can give you better proofs.
