IRCTC Site down @ 8AM

I am using official website www.irctc.co.in from last 2 years. When we book tickets for tatkal @ 8AM earlier it was working fine, but I can see there is a continous slowdown in the processing of this site.when we open this site @ 8AM it displays an message of "service unavailable" and after all the tickets are booked for that day in tatkal quota, this site starts working fine. I want to ask railway authorities that what is this? You have developed this site for public convenience or to make them fool so that they can waste there time through booking tickets online.

I have earlier booked many tickets online but now a days the official website is not working fine. It seems that the railways official website is linked to the Agents so that they can earn huge amount of money from the public for there tickets booking by making site unavailabe for public use.

I request railways that it there is a bandwidth problem then please increase the same bcas if this site is not working properly how can you help public from this site. Its my humble request that please check this issue at your end and take some actions so that general public dont face these types of issues while booking tickets for tatkal quota.
