Not delivery of parcel even more than 20 days late

I have send a parcel in the date of 15th dec from badarpur (new delhi) to nagaon (assam). But the delivery was not reached the destination in spite of its more than 15 days late. this is a case of negligible. the parcel contains some special documents which have to deliver on the proper time. but the company makes me a huge loss by not delivering on the proper time. no courier service takes this much time to deliver a parcel. so i request you to look after the matter and makes the company to fulfill my loss.
