I was to recive a courier on 16th Feb as per the delivery time of 2 days at my wife home address in Nagpur. But now its been 22 days and i have not received the courier yet. Above all i m trying to get information about the courier using the note number and it says it is busy.
All the 4 number of customer service are unavailable.
I need the courier urgently.
Kindly provide me with the status soon and let me knw the date whn i can receive the courier safely.
