Parcel not reached yet after 10 days

Dear Sir,

My consignment No. is 293444619 with 2 Kg parcel booked at Bhopal on 4-10-10.

According to tracking, it is forwarded from Bhopal on 7-10-10.

Then, on 8-10-10, it is forwarded from Delhi hub on 8-10-10 for Kolkata.

Today is 14-10-10 but we came to know it is on the way by train and if it

reaches Kolkata after Puja, it is of no use.

I paid Rs. 240.00 for air booking only.

It is a very poor service from Courier services.
