On 4/2 I have send my parcel through Blazeflash Couriers Ltd. to Jammu City through, K.V. Enterprises, Pandav Nagar, Nehru Complex, Delhi-Ph.011-43061939, 43107870 against POD NO. 207778977 but till 10th of Feb'11 has not been delivered to the location & whenever i have contacted the Blazeflash courier Ltd. Outlet K.V. Enterprises, Nehru Comple, Pandav Nagar, Delhi every time they have not responded properly. Secondly the Blazeflash co.'s no. given on the slip all are also disconnected, the no. may be local of there Regd. Office. Above all there is no one to whom I have to contact to get the whereabouts of my parcel. Yesterday also I have locked a complaint on the co. site but still nothing happened.
Secondly the charges which the co. has given on there site is also Rs.25 per KG & my parcel was 2.5 kg.. only but still they charged Rs.200 from me. I am totally harassed. If there is any one who can get the things sorted out & get the refund my extra money which the company had charged from me.
