Worst irresponsible service & swapping of spare parts

I have purchased bike from Sai Services Andheri last year and since then I have taken my bike to their Andheri workshop for all the free(?) and paid servicing but never ever I have received a bike post servicing in better condition.

Bajaj makes it a point for warranty's sake, their bikes needs to be serviced at Bajaj endorsed service stations and one of them is Sai Service.

But given the kind of service and treatment you receive at this service station one would be better of at personally trusted local servicing station or repair guy. Below are the reasons:

(1) When you take your bike for servicing to the service station even after taking prior appointemnt you would have to wait up around one hour to talk to the service advisor.

(2) Service Advisor does not listen to you for all your complaint as he is in hurry to take next bike

(3) They ask you to put your vike their for more than a day as they are always swamped up with more bikes they can take for servicing. (As they are "Bajaj" endorsed service station, one need to take onmes bike their for serving for atlest a year in order not to void warranty)

(4) When they are done servicing (simply washing, replenishing the engine oil and tightening of bkae and clutch cables) they would bother you every half hour to take your bike back.

(5) When you arrive at the service station to take your bike you would have to wait another one hour to clear the billing and get the get pass.

(6) Half of the things you see in the bills, you would wonder if really has been done as the bike would give you same problems next day onward.

(7) When you take away bike some things would have been left out as, cluch cable would still be loose or horn cables are still not connected, your side stand magnet gone, your bike is dented (which they insist was in same condition when it arrived)

(8) One week after you have taken away you bike and confronted with same set of problem they woul all you and ask you if it is ok, you tell them it is not they ask you to bring back bike, which they take in again do some huff buff ask you to wait for another day produce you another bil which you promptly pay to be confronted with same set of problem next day onwards.

(9) Even taking AMC does not rid you out of your missery. Things they promise in AMC to be done for free are worthlessly dicounted even if you take AMC woth 2K it would give you mostly free oil and dicount of not more than 50 bucks per servicing.

My personal experience and typical problem I faced with my bike:

(I1) Last year when I purchased the bike and since I took for servicing for second time it had developed a problem of Gear slippage, the gear would not shift up or down seamlessly and would make lot of noise and bikes pickup is busted, when I told servicing ad-visor Sandeep/Kalpesh/Sadand at the service station he laughed off and dismissed the matter and said that gear shifting noise exist in all the Bajaj bikes and moreover if I cannot shift gear properly its my driving fault. He then recommended me two three oils to boost up bikes fuel efficiency and engine smoothness which I agreed to be replenished during the service so that I would get better mileage and smooth gear transition I did not get any benefit moreover I was charged hefty sum of 3K in that Servicing.

When I took my bike for Pune drive immediately after servicing due to gear slippage problem my bike would not climb the Lonavla slope easily and when I showed my bike to local mechanic @ Pune even he could understand that the Clutch plates are gone and when he replaced them I got my bikes pickup and seamless gear shifting back.

When I reported this at service center they dismissed of matter saying that Pulsar150 clutchpates are worthless and can go at any time its not their mistake.

Since then my clutch pales have been busted twice some how immidiately after servicing but the guys at the serving center would not listen up so when my AMC is done after next service I am not going to go to this worthelss service center two three guys I know report same problem about bajaj endoresed service centre @ Airoli so I think Bajaj endorsed service centre especially "Sai Service" is biggest bullshit and one should refrain from getting their bikes serviced their. One of my friend has Pulsar 150 3 years old and 1lakh Km mileage to boast he was never confronted with these problem as he serviced his bike at local trusted mechanic.

I strongly doubt that guys at "Sai Service Andheri" replace your bikes spare parts and moreover they bill you for new parts which have not been replaced, I've never got bill less than 2000 buck after free servicing. During so called free servicing also I have never got bill less than 700 bucks. So "Sai Service Andheri" sucks its Big NO NO for me hence forth... others BEWARE
