Hi,
A set of important documents were sent to Mumbai on 25th Feb. Even after constant follow ups the documents were not delivered on time. Blue dart claimed the consignee was closed when attempted to deliver. I found out there was no entry made at the gate nor did the delivery boy leave a note of his arrival. With no alternate the consignee himself had to personally collect the documents from Blue dart office on 3rd March.
At first Blue dart accepted the delay and obliged to refund once i proved missing entry at gate of the delivery boy and no chit/note was left at the consignee`s location. Nothing happened even after repeated follow ups. Today a Blue dart superior tries to claim the consignee was closed when Blue dart attempted to deliver, again back to square one.
My interest is not to claim 250 Rs but unwilling to pay for inferior service.
