Wrong delivery of important documents

I have sent a parcel containing of signed cheques at my home from Goa beliveing bluedart to be best and reliable courier service, delivery man delivered the cheque at wrong address, he himself signed the delivery note. I was unable to track the wrong delivery for 3 days.

i had to block the cheques. This is how bluedart functions. I want to take strict action on this
