Here I would like to invite your Esteemed attention for the following mater.

I have booked XUV 500 model – car From TV Sundaram Iyengar & Sons Limited, National Highway, Maradu, Cochin – 682 034 (Ph: 0884 – 4465639) on 08/06 and paid Rs. 40, 000 as advanced. At the time of booking show room dealers told me that delivery of the vehicle will be completed with in 45 days, after the completion of the period. I have visited showroom and they demand more days for the delivery. Now I would like to cancel this booking due to the delivery the service for the same I met the representative but they demanding 5000 Rupees for cancellation process. I kindly request you to take necessary steps for payback of the endure amount which paid at the time of booking (40, 000).
