I have purchased i-10 car model era from you show room in aug at that time you sale person demand 21066 rs for car registration charge, i have given this amount, after 15 - 20- days i got my rto paper but registattion amount is written 17767 rs.
i asked to sales man regrading the actual charge & chagge by your show room ie 21066 & 17767 rs . he didnt give any reply i call him so many times but he didnt give satisfactory answer to my problen then he refer my case to mrs veena who is sales manager of brij hyubdai ltd agra he give me very wrong answer that we chage this amount to every customer this is our policy.
i think this is complete cheating case by brij hyundai ltd agra to me.
then i decided to lodge a written complain on 10 oct through your Customer relation manager (miss malvika) regarding higher charge by brij hyundai ltd agra in registration of my car i 10, she give me promise to reslove this issue with in week she signed my application & give one copy to me in written.
i wait more then month i call to show room but nothing happen.i have invested lot of money & time.
