Last month, I had booked a cylinder with M/S B.S.Indane, Govind Puram Ghaziabad. My consumer number is 14012. Till date, the same is not delivered to me. When I went to the agency to enquire about it, the staff had used filthy language against me. my booking no.75958063382 Date 21 Feb.& Dear sir as per your process after 21 day you will provide the new cylinder but your agency guys told me this is not rule we will provide the new cylinder base on after last delivery if you do the same each month what will we as a customer will do
