I have purchased a vehicle on 01.02.2011
(3118) 12 wheeler bearing chasis no. MAT466404B2A01921, ENGINE NO.11A62983869, while running (near coochbehar) on 31.08.2011 the baloon of the lifting axle was leaked, the vehicles was taken to the nearest service center in coochbehar (OSL automobiles pvt. ltd), they informed us the baloon of the vehicle is not in the stock and it will take 3-4 days to replace the baloon but my vehicle was kept their for ten days (loaded with goods) who will be responsible if the goods are damaged? and who will pay the detention charge of the vehicle for ten days? so i told them after five days to replace it with my another vehicle (3118) which is under construction in body garage but they denied saying that we will not get the warranty if it is done so we left it to them, my vehicle was repaired on 08.09.2011 but they did not release the vehicle while saying we have to pay for it (while it is still under warranty).
if the customers of the tata vehicles are treated like this in the service centre, how we will be able to pay the installments of the vehicle. please help me and do the needful. They have charged me rs.12600 for the balloon while the vehicle is under warranty.
