Dear sir,
i would like to bring forward the worst experience which i faced in B.U.Bhandari Honda showroom today evening. Few things to elobrate as bellow
1) To book and get a Honda Activa, we had to visit your honda showroom atleast 3-5 times.
2) My late father Kishor B Tapadia was a very good friend of Chandubhai Bhandari and we always had a loyalty of buying all the honda bikes from B. U .Bhandari.
3) Even if I stay in karve nagar i made a point ot visit your showroom as manytime i was called upon.
4) I Regret to inform you that the customer service is so BAD, that a person looses the desire or charm of buying a new vehical from your showroom
5) The sales men are so rude and atually work like a governemtn office whith all its Beauracracy.
6) After booking my Activa in month of JANUARY and specifying to my sales person SACHIN KADU that i need a special no plate and i was willing to pay whatever extra is needed for the same.
7) The staff didnt even bother to call us nor Gave us any of the special requirnments we had asked for but they were so causal bout the fact that non of it was anyones mistake
8) When we asked to meet the Manager, he the manager was so disintersted in our complaint and he said there was nothing that could be done.
9) There is a beautiful statement in your showroom of Mr. MAHATMA GANDHI, stating that CUSTOMER is GOD, when i pointed out at that stattment, the maneger busted out at me and started yelling that few somethings are notwritten in your internal form and there nothing that could be down and get lost.
10) the person was yelling in marathi and when i asked him his name he even refused to mention it, (they were so rude and arrogant, they would almost mugged me)
11) personally i have no seen any sales people so ill-behaved and indecent, he was chewing tobaco, had many gold chains, and a tilak on his forehand and acted as if he didnt care a hout bout our problem
12) We think that Honda is a very well or the best jananess brande and B.U .Bhandari are one of the very well reputed familyies in pune. and we would be very dishearted to get treated in such way by their people.
13) i request ot to change my service center to Pashankar Auto on jangli maharaj road.
14) I have even booked another 2 honda dio from your showroom, i would love to get it shifted from BU Bhandari to Pashankar Auto.
